Our aim at Iron Worx is to create a positive, motivating and fun place where like minded people can come in and work towards their health and fitness goals. Our community here is second to none, with members encouraging each other through those tough gruelling workouts and hi-fiveing and congratulating one another once everyones completed.
Our style of training involves movements which involve
- Gymnastics ( bodyweight exercises which include Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, Handstands etc..)
- Olympic Weightlifting ( Clean and Jerk, and Snatch )
- Powerlifting ( Bench Press, Squat and Deadlifts )
- Cardio ( Running, Rowing, Skipping etc )
- Strongman ( Odd Object training )
- Power ( sled pushes and pulls, tyreflips )
- Bodybuilding ( rows, curls etc.. )
Our workouts are always varied with a range of different movements.
We offer a 60 min and a 45 min class with an option to also add in a 30 min class.
All classes are capped at 10 people, so the coach can focus more on the member and make sure they are moving well and giving it their best effort.
